Onboarding Officer
Mandy Chandler was born in Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver, Canada. She moved to Atlanta, Georgia 2021 and married her husband, Matthew Chandler.
She received a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Human Resources at the University of British Columbia in 2007.
Mandy served at Power to Change Ministries in Canada for 12 years in the HR department and internationally as a missionary. As the HR Manager, Mandy specialized in hirings, liaised with international staff members, and advised managers and leaders on team dynamics, people development, conflict resolution and performance management.
Mandy is currently a Certified Professional Coach specializing in leadership, life transitions, and career coaching. She is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation. She runs her own coaching practice called Akari Alight Coaching. Mandy is passionate about building self-awareness, emotional intelligence and resilience in rising leaders. Her primary focus is to provide personalized coaching to clients one-on-one, but will also facilitate leadership workshops.
Mandy enjoys traveling the world. Her favorite places include Australia, Japan, London, Paris, Normandy Coast, Belgium, Singapore, and, of course, Hong Kong. But, she will always be connected to the Pacific Northwest.
