Chief Operating Officer & 18.26 Network Board, Member Care Assistance
Tom and Catalina became Christians through the ministry of Intervarsity at Frostburg State University and were married in 1984. Tom taught Physical Education/Health in high school before going to seminary at RTS Jackson in 1990. During this time Catalina worked as a Claims Adjuster for an insurance company. After graduation in 1993, Tom served as the Assistant Pastor at Grace PCA in Indianapolis, IN until they joined MTW the summer of 1997.
They served first in Istanbul, Turkey where Tom was a Team Leader. In 2002 they moved to Belgium where Tom was the Regional Director for Enterprise {MTW’s Muslim Ministry} Europe.
In the summer of 2022 they joined the 18.26 Network ministry – a division of MTW. Tom is the Chief Operating Officer for Europe and the Middle East and Catalina serves on the 18.26 Network board and works alongside Jan Lamos in the area of member care focusing on prayer.
